AMOS won't print modification indices with missing data

There was a warning message that modification indices could not be printed in the presence of missing data.

You can't get modifications indices with missing data in AMOS

AMOS will read an SPSS matrix file that contains a covariance matrix.

The SPSS MVA (Missing Value Analysis) procedure can use the EM algorithm to provide an estimate of the covariance matrix for the variables in your analysis.

The MVA procedure prints the estimated covariance matrix to the output viewer but does not have an option to save it as an SPSS data (.sav) file.
